Grader and Customer:

It’s the customer responsibility to send the shipments according to the details as specified in the submission form. Everything that concerns customers products from their originality to grading. We just act as a grader to publish the graded certificate details online and available in the population report. We shall not be liable for any information related to the product.

If the customer decides to proceed with the product purchase then we are here to help you in the return shipment process along with our accepted transaction policies. It is the customer’s responsibility to send the original product to Only Graded.

 It shall be the customer\'s responsibility to ensure that the product information sent to us on this Site matches the submission form.
